Project Leader in Alignment with Semiconductor (m/f)

- Management of multiple projects in smart card development domain
- Project Planning and Coordination of embedded Software Projects, in alignment with Chip Design Projects: Responsibility for project scope, budget, resources and milestones / schedule
- Manage / coordinate external partners to optimize schedules, change requests, reporting & communications
- Translate business requirements in project work packages & tasks in close cooperation with Product Management
- Definition & allocation of proper project staffing across projects and align with the resource manager
- Execution of the development project according defined process & methodologies and project plan (milestones)
- Coordination of Release testing, unit Testing, component testing ensuring high product quality
- Achieve complex project goals by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources
- Influence decisions by taking into consideration global concerns across projects/organizations
- Lead multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
- Creative thinking & flexibility to drive execution forward & overcome roadblocks to achieve project goal
- Multi-project management experience
- Project Planning expierience
- Experience in managing and coordinating external partners
- Product development (embedded software) experience
