PROJECT LEADER - COOPERATION AGREEMENTS - AMSTERDAM

SEC Recruitment are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Senior Project Leader for our customer in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the identification and implementation of the cooperation agreements to be concluded between 2 Banks for the newly merged vital services between the two organizations. It is important that the candidate has experience in similar projects (preferably on both sides - both insourcing as outsourcing)sufficient legal knowledge within these types of agreements and knowledge of mortgage processes.

Command Description
Cooperation agreement between the banks/contract management
A significant portfolio of one Bank will be serviced by the other Bank. This relationship will need to be laid down in a cooperation agreement.
-Working out cooperation agreement
-Take care of splitting contracts

Required:
Technical knowledge
-A minimum of seven years experience as a Project manager, Consultant
-Minimum five years work experience in a retail bank
-Extensive experience with complex outsourcing arrangements
-Good knowledge of mortgage processes
-Thorough legal knowledge about (outsourcing) contracts from a business point of view (not a lawyer)-experience with outsourcing agreements to both the insourced and outsourced side

Social skills
-Good communication skills, both orally and in writing

Dutch speaking role: To business level required.
