Projektbeschreibung
On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Leader CFAM Improvements for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is about managing individual projects or large subprojects and ensuring performance in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
You are responsible for
- Analyzing and substantiating the project idea; assessing the project ideas in term of feasibility, economy, risks and success factors according to the portfolio management.
- Elaborating project charters with targets, resources, milestones, cost, expenses, process model, project plan, risk plan and project organisation; transforming and aligning the project proposal to an approved project mandate.
- Classifying the program into projects or subprojects and work packages; creating the corresponding mandates; evaluating suppliers and elaborating contracts; planning the human resource allocation (definition of responsibilities, objectives) for the program and the corresponding projects; recruiting, leading and appraising the project members.
- Defining the project marketing and the communication plan; assuring the project information; including the project sponsor in the project (liaising)
- Establishing the project related quality assurance and conducting the quality assurance measures; ensuring the quality of the project results and triggering the approval.
- Applying the controlling instruments to govern the project members and external suppliers.
- Consolidating the status reports of projects, assessing and giving reasons for divergence of the master plan (program). Reporting according to information plan and initiating necessary arrangements.
- Monitoring the risks and reviewing the prefaced measures on their effectivity.
- Checking and approving the project results and integrating them into the program.
- Creating the final project report (time, cost, functionality, teamwork, achievement of objectives, use of the product/services) and documenting the lessons learned.
Requirements
- It is a plus if experience in Computer Aided Facility Management Systems is available as well as if the person has knowledge in Facility Management processes
- Good German Speaking and writing skills as well as English speaking and writing
