Medical Devices
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Lead work streams inside a remediation project including leading sub-project leader in reporting project status and project planning.
Creation of project plans Attend project meetings Leading sub-project leaders Tracking and reporting of projects Represent and report projects in Reviews and Audits
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Project Management Experience in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Position requires a sound technical background (technical degree or equivalent) A minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Device or Pharma Industry Strong oral and written communications abilities in German and English. Must be knowledgeable in the regulatory requirements for key quality system elements (ISO 13485:2012 and 21 CFR 820)
EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE
Medical Device Industry know how Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
