The candidate will work within the Non-Life Information Systems division. This group is responsible for all Non-Life product related developments of underwriting applications and
claims management systems. The applications are developed based on a Cobol / DB2 back-office, with various technologies used on the visual, printing and communication side.
As large part of our portfolio for the upcoming years consists of project activities, we need to enforce our project leading capabilities. We are looking for an open minded and solution
driven candidate with strong leadership skills as he will need to coop with firm timelines and bring people together from several teams.

Current document aims to describe the mission expectations and most particularly the main operational objectives & services that are expected to be delivered. Services listed in this document are describing the most accurately possible the mission content however the list could not be considered as strictly exhaustive as mission content could of course evolve over time.
This document is communicated at the beginning of the mission and should be signed by the consultant.
2. Job Description
IS Non Life is looking for experienced project leader to enforce its Project Management Team. The amount of transformational projects is constantly growing and the technology landscape is also evolving really fast.
In this context the mission of the candidate project leader will be to drive many different projects in many different technologies.
We expect the project leader to:
° Organize project governance (stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, communication plan…)
° Manage and challenge business requirements.
° Coordinate architecture activities and outputs
° Set-up project budget and roadmap.
° Follow progress of the developments
° Report on progress, timing, scope, quality and budget to the client and the senior managers.
° Anticipate risks and issues and propose actions to tackle them.
° Communicate pro-actively to all stakeholders of the project.
° Stimulate the project teams
3. Reporting
A weekly reporting is expected allowing to assess progress. Reporting should list the performed activities and their status. This reporting is specifically important during hand over phase and first 6 months.
