Project Leader (Access Planning - Rail)

OUR KEY RAIL CLIENT BASED IN MILTON KEYNES URGENTLY REQUIRE A PROJECT LEADER WITH EXPERIENCE WITHIN ACCESS PLANNING TO WORK CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH BUSINESS CHANGE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing an 'ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT' FOCUS IN SUPPORTING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS deliver and embed the change in to their organisations.
- Agreeing, tracking and managing delivery plans with stakeholders.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships throughout and beyond the change cycle to ensure change embeds
- Planning for CLIENT WORKSHOPS, preparing relevant materials, facilitating and creating the action report or other follow up deliverables
- Providing training in the programme approach as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Facilitation skills required to gather and share information across the route
- PROCESS MAPPING and documentation skills (Visio and PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- A sound understanding of the ACCESS PLANNING PROCESS, its strengths and challenges - bearing in mind BOW TIE
- A wide network with in the route and good influencing and communication skills
- A sound understanding of PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SCHEDULES including, MSP, RAIDs, Program Schedules, Milestone Reporting
