Project Leader

SUMMARY

- This role is responsible for successfully planning of IT Digital projects and deployment coordination with ITRACE.
- Key customers include the various worldwide stakeholders including Global Digital.
- The candidate will leverage expertise in digital marketing product delivery with particular focus on e-mail management
- Will be working with the IT data and digital team within corporate IT

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assists in the implementation of project and program plans.
- Applies the different project management disciplines (eg, project planning and tracking, status reporting, risk identification, issue tracking, etc.).
- Under the direction of the project decision-making body/group, initiates and/or executes requests for changes in project scope and resource requirements.
- Monitors resource allocation and advises project or program manager re: corrections and opportunities.
- Collaborates with project team and/or Project Manager to track the project's progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures.
- Drives issue resolution through issue and risk tracking and facilitating issue closure.
- Escalates issues appropriately.
- Ensures that all related applications are consistent with the customer's business strategy
- Provides subject matter expertise to other teams
- Interfaces with business clients and vendor partners
- May effectively supervise and monitor performance of project team members.
- Provides input into performance assessments of team members.
- Identifies needed relationships between teams within IT Solutions and its global technology and operation Partners; begins building and leveraging those relationships.
- Fosters good client relations by performing, supporting or facilitating requirements and scope verification re: corrections and opportunities.
- Strives to maintain an understanding of other technology and/or business initiatives outside of the current project to ensure alignment and integration where possible
- Integration with other systems, mobile app, E-commerce platform and corporate digital partners
- Digital marketing: Channel marketing, CRM and campaign management solutions (how to engage customers digitally (emails, mobile devices) how to provide the right people with the right information

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3-5 years of IT project management experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing in particular channel marketing (mobile and e-mail), campaign management, and CRM (customer data and analytics)
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering on solutions, project planning, organization skills, and communication expertise complimented by a strong technology background.
- The right candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and a love of using technology to solve business problems.
- They are fast learners, innovative, and enjoy working on international projects.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- College degree required, preferably in technical discipline
