DESCRIPTION:
There are two positions. The first will manage major app releases, work with outside vendors, and will require strong PM skills and attention to detail. The second will provide alignment across all releases of the app, and work with QA and development groups.

DUTIES:

- Assembles the individual project teams and oversees the project plan.
- Participates in defining and creating the project management plans/standards/guidelines/disciple
- Managed changes in project scope and resource requirements based on change requests and the decision of the project decision making-body/group
- Collaborates with leadership, senior management and the business group to ensure expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
- Collaborates with other product owners, project managers, and project leaders track the project's progress against the project plan(s) and collectively adjust the project plan(s) to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
- Works with quality assurance teams to manage and remediate issues
- Project Planning
- Defines and manages the statement of work, creating the schedule, the milestones, the scope, asset/resource requirements
- Creates risk assessment/risk mitigation plan for the project
- Specifies the quality assurance process that will ensure the overall quality and continual improvement of the project deliverables
- Develops the communication plan for key messages, project updates and key decisions that will be use throughout the project
- Defines and gains concurrence on both the success criteria for the delivery of the project, as well as the ways in which the success of the project will be measured
- Works with the key project participates to develop the initial change management plan.
- Identifies the people requirements and skill sets required to meet project goals.
- Builds strong relationships between teams by maintaining professional relationships with peers in other departments.

SKILLS:

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- The right candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and a love of using technology to solve business problems.
- They are fast learners, innovative, and enjoy working on international projects
- Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations.
- 5-7 years of IT experience with a combination of analytical,

some project management, and integration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of the development life cycle
- Ability to manage the project to efficiently manage project work streams; project plans; issues tracking and management status report generation, status review meetings
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Requirements definition and management
- Quality assurance management and testing experience
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and JIRA
- College degree required
