DESCRIPTION:

- Will be assisting with governess type of work, ensuring we are communicating project status and raising issues
- Working with digital solutions (Web, kiosk, mobile app)
- Business partners submit status reports; candidate would read them and create a summary
- Look at status reports for 10-15 different projects, put together agenda for week, run weekly program meetings
- Bring unresolved issues to Sr. Directors, record action items and follow up
- Scoping, gathering requirements and scheduling with business partners
- Make a calendar of when project conversations need to happen in a 12 month duration
- Mange SharePoint site, used to be single source of truth for roadmaps, release schedules etc for all teams

SKILLS:

SKILLS

- PM experience, ability to see a problem and communicate the issues to Sr. staff
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Waterfall and Agile mix; Agile used in app development
- More internal business group interaction, not vendor management
- Ability to hold their own and point out gaps and discussion points that can be communicated with Sr. managers
