Projektbeschreibung

An experienced IT Project Manager that combines successful software development experiences with effective collaboration, facilitation and leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and business objectives.
Develop estimates, schedules for projects; including resource allocation, timelines and budget management.
Responsible for the development and delivery of the following work products: project scope definition, project plans, status reporting, overall project communication, resource allocation, and budget.
Cultivate relationships with domain experts spanning multiple functions and technology platforms.
Conduct status meetings; develop status reports; track issues to resolution and assist with change control activities.
Maintain current understanding and knowledge of project management, business relationship management, and development of best practices.
Serve as a thought leader to the business and provide a consultative approach to the execution of initiatives.
Work closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive requirements are delivered upon.
Working on a Real Time decision engine.
Use Data to create customer segments.

SKILLS:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
BS degree is required.
Understands basic fundamentals of software development life cycle management processes and procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and written, with upper management, stakeholders and other external dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise wide, resource intensive and highly complex initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings.
Demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills.
History of leading project teams, delegating work, holding team members accountable, and proactively overcoming obstacles.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders for a positive outcome.
Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
Understanding of technical concepts.

EXPERIENCE:
At least 7 years total project management experience.
2 - 4 years experience project managing enterprise application deployments for large scale businesses.
PMP certification a plus.
Experience working with predictive modelling, business rules and/or Real Time decision management platforms a plus.
Experience managing Vendors, Business Intelligence systems, and data intensive projects.
RTD experience highly desired.
