Duties:
Position will function as a Project Lead/Senior Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will work for the Client Chief Information Officer in developing and collecting performance metrics and performance measures, assisting the CIO in developing budget and staffing planning documents and project and portfolio management practices and policies.

With minimal coaching, duties will include:

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and the ability to collaborate with business unit customers, IT and Management.
- Identify business needs of customers and stakeholders to determine solutions to business problems.
- Ability to interview and communicate with end users, developers and others in person or on the phone to obtain results regarding IT performance metrics.
- Ability to develop financial models related to IT services.
- Ability to develop, document and manage an IT project portfolio tracking system.
- Ability to collect IT performance metrics from IT staff, document the process and as a project lead, oversee the effort in automating those processes.
- Ability to create executive level, presentation quality presentations.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify options, and recommend practical courses of action.
- Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains and communicates accurate status of work performed.
- Ability to conduct quantitative analyses.
- Ability to summarize and report the results of research assignments.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Attend project and team meetings to report results and take assignments.
- Contributes to the efficiency and

effectiveness of the team's service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the project team. - Must be able to write and communicate effectively.
- Uses standard office equipment.
- May be required to drive a personal motor vehicle in the course of the work.
- Ability to travel to different Client Sites NV locations to obtain project information.

SPECIAL SKILLS

- BS or BA degree, PMP strongly desired.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow strongly desired.
- Extensive knowledge of operation of personal computers and standard office software (MS Outlook, Excel, Visio, Project, Word) required.
- Extensive experience with Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies
- Knowledge of PC and application software.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling procedures;
- Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, statistical, business administration and office procedures required.
