PROJECT LEAD/SCRUM MASTER - CAPITAL MARKETS
Project Lead/Scrum Master sought for a 6 months contract opportunity based in Copenhagen/Denmark.
This is a project within the Capital Markets sector. As a project lead you will work for 2-3 small projects/initiatives ( 3-5 resources in each) in Middle Office IT.
You will be the overall responsible for the project. This includes communication, scope, project governance/compliance, project plan and sprint planning, financials estimates and follow-up on actuals.
People Management is important for you to have a high performing happy team. You will have 1:1 meetings with the project participants.
You will also be responsible for reporting towards Management/Sponsors and hosting Sponsor Partner meetings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE, SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET;
- You have at least 3 years of experience as Project Lead/Scrum Master in large and complex Agile software development projects.
- You can be one of the main drivers in moving the teams towards an Agile way of working.
- You will to the extent possible get 100% dedicated resources to your projects.
- You must be used to working in a hectic environment in a complex business area in a large organization.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets preferable.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is mandatory.
