Project Lead/Request Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Accountability for all communication and stakeholder management aspects for the Data Collection Team
- Acting as a disciplinary cross function between three collection streams
- Tracking and capturing requests and facilitate the information flow to assess new requests
- Maintaining operational reporting of team activities and request processing
- Ensuring and challenge the delivery of work packages with the data analysts (approach, timing, result)
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree or equivalent (in economics and finance)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management
- Knowledge of private banking systems and processes
- Experience with audit, compliance or highly regulated and sensitive areas
- Expertise in managing stakeholders with different seniority and from different areas
- Experience in data management
- Languages: Fluent English and German both written and spoken, other language skills would be an advantage
