For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Lead to co-ordinate between key departmental stakeholders involved in the creation of a new legal entity. The primary areas involved in the separation are Tax, Legal, Group Accounting, Treasury and Risk internally, and the Swiss Regulators externally. This position holder will sit in the monthly steering committee and be expected to present to the board.
In order to apply for this position, you must come from a very regulatory business focused area, not IT. Prior experience with setting up of a new legal entity is required, as is strong tax, risk and governance knowledge. In order to liaise directly with the Swiss Regulators, absolute fluency in German and English is a must.Michael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
