Project Lead - Navigator tool - HP PPM

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Lead to work as part of a programme aimed at rolling out an Enterprise PMO function across the bank. This role sits within the Corporate banking area of the bank and is aimed at rolling out a specific HP Navigator tool across approximately 500+ programmes and projects. The role holder will be required to establish and lead a BAU function for the Navigator tool across the Corporate banking business area.

The Project Lead will also continue to manage the roll-out of Navigator enhancements/usage across PC and will act a primary interface into the Group wide Enterprise PMO team for all Navigator issues. There will also be a requirement exercise overall responsibility for the roll-out of the tool and ensure that specific milestones are met.

You must have been involved in a similar role previously with experience of building a BAU function previously. You will also have a good level of Project Management and have experience of leading business change/transformation initiatives. You must also have specific knowledge of HP PPM tools previously ideally with a knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Financial services is also preferable for this role although if you have the specific HP PPM experience, you may be considered.
