Project Lead - Managing Apprentices

Project Lead (Managing Apprentices) - 9 Month Contract - Barrow-in-Furness - £19.67 an hour/£145 a day

This is a great opportunity to join a leading defence company on a 9 month contract.

On a day to day basis you will be required to line manage the Technical Apprentices, Monitor and manage absence and welfare support, Manage and allocate on-site placements, Monitor progress on the scheme ensuring each new apprentice is given opportunities to maximise their experience and also Manage and deliver key projects which enhance or improve apprenticeships.

Experience required for this role:-
-Experience of managing young and inexperienced learners
-Knowledge of safeguarding requirements
-Experience of working with young person's learning systems.
-Ability to multi-task dealing with several situations simultaneously
-HNC qualified or equivalent
-Well organised and methodical person who can analyse and process tasks quickly
