PROJECT LEAD MANAGER

A leading UK Bank have a requirement for a Project Lead Manager to join their Change Delivery team within the Finance Office in Bristol, on a short-term contract with extensions expected for the successful candidate.

The Project Lead Manager will be responsible for actioning and driving business improvements. The role supports agile working and can offer flexible working arrangements.

The successful Project Lead Manager MUST meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:

Must possess financial services/banking experience

Change Management experience within the Finance function of a bank is advantageous

Strong background in leading & controlling the delivery of projects

Previously delivered regulatory or compliance projects

Capable of scheduling functionality upgrades on existing systems, processes & infrastructure

Track record of delivering projects in line with business requirements

Excellent people management & communication skills
