Project Lead (m/f) for Cloud Network Analysis

Aufgaben:

- Coordination of analysis and resolution of incidents in a XaaS Datacenter network environment
- Collaboration in a network expert team to analyze major incidents and problems
- Communication to and coordination of various vendors and stakeholders
- Perform and coordinate Root Cause analysis
- Drive incident and problem finding in given SLA frame
- Reporting of progress and Root Causes to various contributors including management
- Analyze major incidents and problems in a global DC XaaS network environment
- Connect network issues with Server, Hypervisor and Storage issues
- Drive implementation of findings
- Derive recommendations for network design and processes
- Documentation of results

Skills:

- Ability to coordinate Incident & Problem finding across network expert team and beyond (Project Management skills)
- Comprehensive DC multivendor network operation and technology knowledge including (Routing/Switching, Loadbalancing, FW, Internet Access/VPN, WAN, service interworking) in an XaaS environment
- Strong network Incident- and Problem management competence
- Experience and ability to deal in a complex environment
- Documentation Skills
- High degree of communication and arguing skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
