IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Acting as lead IT architect for the central solution design of a to-be system and interface architecture around the new central Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solution
-Working with software vendors and system integrators to establish and implement best-practice whenever possible
-Working with business process owners to translate key business requirements into technical requirements and to drive decisions where required
-Conducting gap analyses for the functional placement of business requirements including the development of suitable options for resolutions
-Where applicable, high-, mid- and low level technical solution descriptions suitable for the implementation and integration specifications and the development work done by a System Integrator, the trading system vendors as well as any legacy system vendors
-Specification of functional and technical requirements for additional IT systems required to during the project including support of required requests for purchase
-Development of and working towards time and milestone plans to deliver the desired architecture
-Identification of projects risks related to the architecture or integration and support of mitigating actions

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Architecture expert within a delivery context; record of owning architecture through the lifecycle of a project and proven record of deriving target architecture with pragmatic intermediate steps
-Knowledge of and experience with European power and/or gas wholesale markets
-Integration experience across complex legacy architectures using a range of patterns and approaches; experience with technologies such as Tibco BW, Axway API Gateway or similar integration product stack
-Experience with Allegro Horizon, FIS Align, Openlink Endur or similar ETRM products is of advantage; experience with interface design to SAP systems, Trayport, exchanges, market data and pricing systems, regulatory reporting systems, credit and market risk tools is also of advantage
-Relevant experience in data and business process modelling, definition of common data formats and master data concepts
-Track record of managing input from multiple stakeholders and of managing and co-ordinating input from other architecture and development resources
-Proven leadership skills, especially experience in change management of organisational behaviour within mature organisations; experience working in multi-vendor, large-scale projects
-International work experience, ability to deal with different national cultures, conditions and conventions, high mobility and willingness to travel
-Business-fluent English
