Project Lead - Business Intelligence

Ensure the successful delivery of non-complex multiple projects, or a complex single project that satisfies specific intra-departmental business needs. Lead the detailed analysis and development of the defined solution. Apply structured Project Management methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in scope, and are relevant to the business objectives.

SKILLS:

TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS:

- Relational database, Data Warehouse
- Business Intelligence Applications.
- Data Movement (extract, transform, load)
- Datastage and MicroStrategy

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Requires 5-7 years progressive project management experience. Requires knowledge and application of project management methodologies in complex environments.
- Must have strong experience leading Business Intelligence (BI) projects and understand the terminology.
- Extensive full cycle IT project accomplishments: custom application development, off-the-shelf software implementation, process improvement, system integration, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in SDLC Methodology
- Skillful in project schedule, cost, quality and qualitative risks management
- Known for building strong business relationships with clients and fostering teamwork
- Solid understanding of Business Intelligence and what if analysis
- Experiences with Change Management
- Experienced People Manager
- Familiar with Waterfall methodology
- PMP or understanding of the PMBOK terminology.
- Bachelor's Degree required in either Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or related area
