Mission overview:
* Manage the implementation of the automated exchange of defect tickets between the various Customer Defect Management System and the Company's Defect Management System (RTC).
Mission details:
* Define the mapping in between customer database fields and the RTC fields.
* Manage the collaboration with the IT team which implements the exchange tools based on the tool Agosense, the Company's customer project teams, Customer and RTC-Team
* Define and Perform the acceptance tests based on typical use cases together with the customer, IT team and Visteon customer project teams.
* Define and track the timeline based on project priorities, technical dependencies and team availability.
* Manage the customer communication.
* Ensure availability of the needed licenses for Agosense.
* Prepare training materials and explain to the engineering team about exchanged fields, status, time of the day updates.
VORAUSSETZUNGEN:
* Project management, including steering of multiple teams (IT, Customer, the Company's customer project teams)
* Basic understanding of network terms, like VPN, ENX
* Experience with defect management processes across companies (Customer, the Company, supplier)
* Experience in the software project management.
* Defect tracking systems experience.
* Fluent German and English
