This is for two Project Leader positions.

PROJECT LEADER (NP6, DIGITAL) - plan digital initiatives, mobile apps, web based systems, push notifications, digital offers

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position leads the successful testing and delivery of the POS System (NP6) and Digital (Mobile ordering, Digital offers, etc.) initiatives for US IT. Develops Quality Management project plans and performs cross-functional coordination of Quality Management activities with product teams, development suppliers, testing partners and other US teams. This position also plays a significant role in the successful deployment and implementation of key technology solutions supporting the US business.

The ideal candidate has proven collaboration and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This person must be a self-starter with excellent planning, communication, presentation and organizational skills and is results oriented with a can do attitude. He/she has successful experience in project organization, execution and resource leadership complimented by a both business and technical acumen. He/she will also possess the strong desire and aptitude attain a deep functional understanding of the applications and a solid understanding of their technical framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Driving and maintaining Quality Management alignment between US IT NP6 and Digital Solutions Development, QA and USORT teams. Builds and maintains highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Closely partners with Corporate and other AOW QA Leads to drive effectiveness and efficiency process improvements, including tool selection and implementation
- Leads NP6 and Digital QA initiatives, accountable for all QA activity planning, execution, milestones and deliverables.
- Develops QA Testing Strategies, Testing Approaches and Testing Plans.
- Maintains an initiative roadmap inclusive of project, supplier and lab/environment teams.
- Regularly communicates project status to stakeholders and NP6 project/program teams.
- Supports Incident Management function and assists in identifying and prioritizing issues, establishing Product Quality reporting metrics and measurements, and developing continuous improvement plans.
- Tracks QA costs within each initiative to maintain overall project budget.
- Develops strong NP6 and Digital product knowledge related to the functional use and application to restaurant operations. Maintains and communicates key items related to integration of these products.
- Applies defined Project Management principles to ensure each QMS initiative is delivered on time, on budget and in scope.
- Contributes toward product Performance Testing and automation strategies.
- Coordinates all testing partner/supplier activities supporting product testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

PROJECT LEADER (CASHLESS, ISP) - Back Office for US restaurants, cash less.

SKILLS:

PROJECT LEADER (NP6, DIGITAL) REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- 5+ years in a Sr. QA, Business Analysis or Support role. Project Lead experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects and teams.
- Experience with NP6 and/or mobile ordering/digital offers a plus.
- Strong understanding and/or previous experience in Quality Assurance/Management methods and disciplines.
- Excellent problem solving skills in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Communication huge +, internal, leadership, global, stakeholders, 3rd party vendors. Bring different companies and teams together to drive projects
- Experience in a client-facing role with ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Adapts readily and leads project teams effectively through change and/or ambiguity.
- Proven track record for achieving alignment among stakeholders leading to successful project results.
- Proficient using MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint
- QA automation- exposure would be great but not needed
- 2-3 years of experience Digital or Mobile Application
- More focused on leadership, be accountable for deliverables for follow through.
- Leader, communication, QA, motivated, accountable
