Project Integration Manager
Requirements:
-Knowledge of SDLC, IAPP and SO X guidelines are highly recommended
-the candidate must have time and attendance expertise
-Experienced in engaging with multi-disciplined teams, including remote team members.
-High degree of computer proficiency, including hands-on MS Project.
-Detail oriented. Process excellence.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence at all level of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and lead project activities with support of a local project team that at a minimum consists of a Payroll, HR and IT Lead
-Develop and manage the country project plan using the common project management tools, across all functional work streams
-Ensure that project is resourced adequately
-Perform vendor management activities eg prepare vendor contract, align and plan vendor activities in accordance with country implementation plan.
-Take responsibility for preparing the CAR, in collaboration with regional project team and local project team
-Provide direction and guidance to project team to realize expected value
-Manages weekly project management rhythms and reporting, perform project progress and milestone tracking, report on project changes and overdue activities, perform issue reporting, propose issue mitigations
-Conduct regular project planning and status update meeting with regional x-functional leaders and country key stakeholders
-Provides regular program status reports, including open issues, risks and scope changes
-Helps to resolve issues and escalates issues to regional leaders as needed
-Captures and tracks issues and action items, and documents resolution in issues log
-Responsible for maintaining & tracking readiness of project documentation liaising with work stream leads on documentation requirements and delivery
-Ensures all documentation is stored in the required document management repositories and sign offs are in place according to compliance guidelines
-Lead any discussion on issues and/or overdue activities with local and regional team, understand and share impact on interdependent activities and overall project and propose mitigations
-Lead the monthly steering committee meetings
-Interfaces with regional and global teams as appropriate to ensure effective and timely communication and escalation of issues so that barriers can be dealt with.
-Responsible for managing and tracking project change requests
-Assists in the analysis and ongoing measurement within the region to support the implementation effort
-Identify and manage country project activity interdependencies
-Is responsible for tracking finanicials and providing budget status update
-Identifies and raises budget/resource concerns to the HR Services Director, Payroll Director and/or IT Director as appropriate
-Leverages process, capabilities and techniques across the in-country work stream teams to deliver a consistent approach and format to enable and assist integr
ation and alignment of the overall project plan for the HR Services & Payroll project
-Works with regional HR Change and Communications lead to prepare project reporting, communication and change management activities
-Manage cutover and hypercare plans aligned with regional and global stakeholders
