Overview
Manage initiation, design, delivery, build and implementation of all changes to Mortgages documents, be they system generated, EUC related or pre-printed needed at each key release event/rebrand

Main Responsibilities of the Role
The PM will manage delivery of all the deliverables needed to successfully secure the required document changes and management of the associated change management governance deliverables (RAID; Project plans) and required stakeholder management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

- Manage successful delivery of all agreed documentation changes and associated business & change deliverables
- Maintain an effective delivery and implementation project plan, showing actions associated with risk mitigants & dependencies
- Weekly management and pro-active review of potential and agreed risks & issues and associated actions to mitigate/control
- Pro-active and at last weekly interaction with key stakeholders to ensure they are aligned with our outcomes, deliverables & activities
- Weekly progress reporting calling out actual delivery against plan an associated risks & issues

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experienced change management - experience with business and IT change projects
- Strong communication - verbal & written
- Strong stakeholder engagement & management across diverse populations
- Outcome thinking - ability to make connections with the broader changes and releases
- Effective planner - focus on deliverables & line of sight to outcomes
- Very strong RAID management
- Experience with documentation changes
- Experience using CMT working practices
- Ability to Matrix manage stakeholders across multiple sites
- Mortgages experience
