Project Finance Manager/finance/controlling/pharma/cost
Finance Project Manager
On behalf of our client, an international leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are currently seeking an experienced finance professional with strong project management skills. The position is Basel based and is a full time contract position starting in June 2013 until January 2014 with option to extend.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities would be among other:
- Overall project ownership on operations taking place in a specific department
-Preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, review of actual vs. Forecasts
-Support with analyses related to capital budgeting and pricing
-Support with training on company policies and procedures, ensure the compliance
-Close support in application of company's policies and procedures
-Identify methods for operational efficiency and cost savings
-Resource allocation analyses and asset management evaluation
The ideal candidate will bring:
-University Degree in Finance or Controlling (or similar)
-Relevant experience in a finance function with project management focus
-Finance Operations expertise in a Matrix organization
-Process improvement and project management know-how
-ERP or similar knowledge
-Affinity for IT systems
-Experience in pharmaceutical environment is a plus
