Projektbeschreibung
A Project Support Office Finance Coordinator (PSO) is required on a 3 month contract in Dublin, Ireland. The client is looking for an experienced Finance PSO/PMO with excellent communication and analytical skills. A proven track record is required in managing a structured programme and project environment to enable the successful delivery of project financial handling on time and to agreed objectives. Excellent people skills with a keen attention to detail and operational improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing projects within the SAP system
- Monitoring project budgets, issuing reports and chasing project managers for updated budgets and status insights
- Monitoring expenses status and timesheet booking lags using in-house software applications
- Producing weekly project budget reports
- Looking at improved ways of working and streamlining processes with internal departments
- Ensuring good working relationships with the project management community
- Completing financial status reports
- Managing Programme and Project Managers expectations accordingly
REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experienced in financial governance and management of projects
- Proficient in project management concepts and ways of working
- Strong facilitator and team player
- Exceptional inter-personal skills
- Flexible approach to roles
DESIRABLE:
- Project Management qualification (Prince 2, PMP, PMI)
