Project Execution Resource wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years' experience in an GXP/Pharma environment with excellent knowledge of the Documentum software
- Proficiency in project execution with the ability to perform multiple rollouts concurrently
- Background in coordinating and scheduling teams across multiple time-zones
- Ability to demonstrate high initiative and proactive contacting for remoting individuals and teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Planning meetings across all parties for each localisation and virtual meetings via Skype
- Introducing localisation plan to all parties as well as completing the execution and resource plan against the localisation template based on market decisions
- Following the evolution of roll-out and completing the market checklist as well as communicating with responsible resource when a task is at risk or late
- Coordinating final steps for website cutover and go-live with various worldwide, Digital Services and market teams to complete the localisation
- Providing recurring summary report, representing status of active localisations to IT Commercial Director and to other relevant parties
