Project Engineer; Subsea Design

URGENT ROLES IN SUBSEA WELL INTERVENTION / WELL CONTROL CLIENT: Senior Project Engineer with small Subsea and Well Intervention company in Aberdeen: My client is taking on 2 new projects this year with large clients, that will substantially increase their workload meaning they are looking for 2 Senior Engineers to come on board and head up their Design Teams. These positions will report to the Head of Projects and will be directing a team of Design Engineers on separate projects to maximise the time and efforts of each team. You will be accountable for your team and will be expected to have passion and enthusiasm to motivate the Engineers working underneath you. You will need extensive Design experience in order to review designs and hit targets your Client sets. Company Profile: My client has developed a number of specialist subsea well intervention products, including a a completely unique and robust subsea riser connector / well intervention pressure control head which has a broad variety of configurations and applications. Their products can be supplied off the shelf or configured to a clients needs, making their service complete and project specific. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Engineer looking to take an exciting step into a Small Company with Big Aspirations. Necessary Skills: - 10 Years experience in Subsea Design - BEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar - Management experience in Engineering - Man-Management Experience - Tier 1 Visa is necessary for occasional travel purposes Salary Banding for this role is open, but for the right person will pay up to £80,000 (dependent on background and previous experience).
