Project Engineer (Electrical / Manufacture) Bolton

Huxley Engineering and a Multi-National Manufacturing / Production Company are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to manage Electrical & Process Projects, as part of succession planning within the business.

Possessing a degree in Electrical Engineering, the Project Engineer must be an articulate and effective communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving projects forward.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer should have previous full project lifecycle experience, from requirements capture right through to delivery and have experience of working on multiple projects (up to 20 - Multistage) at any one time.

A driven individual who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, the Project Engineer must have previous experience of effective project documentation as well as experience of handling their own project budgets (Circa £2m+).

From a technical perspective, the Project Engineer will ideally have experience in manufacturing (or be driven / show a willingness to learn a new industry environment) and have experience of manufacturing processes / systems.

This Project Engineer role is primarily an Instrumentation/Electrical role operating in the design, control and management of engineering projects relating to additions and modifications to plant, equipment and facilities to ensure that the project is completed on time, to customer requirements, at minimum costs.

For the successful Project Engineer, a salary £30,000 - £35,000 is on offer and this Project Engineer role is commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn & Warrington.
