Projektbeschreibung

Contributes to the development of projects by working together with facilities manager, scientific personnel and contractors. Provides input and support to the evaluation of capital proposals. Provides professional project management support to a portfolio of facilities and R Facilities Engineering, Infrastructure/Utilities, laboratory design, EHS and/or R&D pilot plant systems.
- Project Management experience in leading capital investments, including the ability to conduct cost estimations and cost effectiveness analysis.
- Experience with HVAC, boiler and chiller systems, building automation systems and power distribution systems.
- Experience with SAP project and procurement module is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with superior interpersonal, communication, influencing & impact and conflict/problem resolution competencies.
