Project Engineer

For our end client based in Rotterdam we are looking for a Project Engineer:

PROJECT ENGINEER

To assist to and to work with a Project Manager.
- in closing out Front End Design/Development (FED) and Detailed Engineering to done in-house and/or by and engineering contractor.
- In managing the discipline activities to design deliverables, cost, schedule, etc, incl. systematically managing review & approvals.
- In planning and carry out/support reviews (value assurance, technology application, benchmarking, cost reduction, value engineering, schedule improvement) as may be applicable.
- In implementing Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes into the project (Quality Engineering), working together with Quality Subject Matter Expert.
- Min. 5 years experience in Project Management/Engineering. ( Oil, Gas and/or Chemicals sector would be a plus)
- Preferably familiar to the brown-field (chemical) industry project conditions.

The project is concerning a brownfield process revamp, which is in the design phase and planned to be execution next year.
