Project Engineer

Next Ventures is looking for a project engineer for a long term project in Flanders.  The engineer must have be fluent in English & Dutch (both speaking and writing) in order to work in an international team

Required experience/skills:

Strong communication is a must

A profile with an interest in technical knowledge and want to delve herein.

Good understanding of process development and succession:

Chemical/Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Teamplayer, Dynamic and independent with a positive attitude.

Respect for agreed timing and decisions. Respect for procedures.

Good communicator, convincing and seeking consensus.

Good analytical skills, in favor of a pragmatic approach, hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities:

- Support production of existing marketed products, technical documentation upgrade.
- Support of ongoing transfer projects on device verification and validation activities.
- Participate in translating device regulations into the companies' approach and site procedures.
- Application of risk assessment techniques (FMEA is an example).
- Use of troubleshooting techniques (DMAIC, six sigma tools, green belt certification, ).
- Technical writing: protocols, reports, SOPs.
- Day to day communication with team members as well as production, lab, QA, Procurement, Suppliers.
