Long term contract potentially until 2015
Glasgow Location initially (may move to Aberdeen)
My client, a global Oil and Gas operator, is looking for a experienced Project Engineer to manage projects in relation to the development of their existing onshore terminals in order to meet demands, through the FEED, detailed design, Construction and Commissioning stages.
Main Responsibilities:
*Oversee FEED contractor performance
*Follow up costs and schedules
*Interface with other company engineers on technical review of documents etc.
Candidates Experience Required:
*Appropriate experience gained in the Oil and Gas projects sector, including exposure to administration of Design Contractors and contract management
*Experience with Gas Plants in scopes of liquid efficiency upgrades, methanol recovery and furnace upgrades
*Strong experience in Process Modifications
*Qualified to Degree level in recognised engineering discipline
*Relevant experience in large hydrocarbon process plant improvements
