Project Engineer

Our client in Orange County is looking for a Project Engineer experienced in the production of packaged process equipment, preferably for treament of industrial water streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review Technical specifications required for projects
- Specify equipment and components used in process equipment
- Work with internal Engineering department to ensure document deliverables are on time and in compliance
- Work with the design team to create all drawings needed for project execution
- Define scope of supply for major suppliers and write procurement specifications and requests for quotation

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent
- Good understanding of packaged process equipment utilizing pumps, valves, instrumentation and controls, and the manufacturing processes utilized for packaging of the same.
- Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
- Ability to size control valves, piping, and pumps
- Intermediate knowledge of Autocad
