Project Engineer

Our client, a major OEM, is looking for a Project Engineer with Engineering knowledge of vehicle components.

The Role:
*AIM co-ordination & administration (start-up meetings, progression mtgs etc.).
*Represent PVT Management at various plant meetings, communicating succinct status.
*Provide presentation material to support various Product Quality reviews (VQR, Level 1 & 2 etc.).
*Manage various multi-functional projects to deliver current vehicle scorecard objectives
*Lead Complex Engineering Change introduction when required.

Skills Required:
*Excellent PC skills ie Microsoft applications (especially Excel including pivot tables).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Personal drive and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*High drive, self-motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision
*Proven ability to influence and manage people
*Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects
*Familiarity with some or all Quality systems, including, AIMS, AWS, PAWS, EPQRs etc would be an advantage
*Valid driving licence

Experience Required:
*General Engineering knowledge of vehicle components.
*Knowledge of PVT activities would be an advantage.
*Project Management.
*Problem solving.

Education Required:
Ideally degree educated, although equivalent Engineering qualifications will be considered
