PROJECT DIRECTOR - DIGITAL AGENCY (DTC) - PHILLY, PA My client, a full service interactive marketing and advertising agency geared solely towards the healthcare industry, is looking for a Project Director to join their team and rapidly expanding agency! As Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed at the highest standard (within budget and on-time) for an Agency of Record Consumer Account in excess of $7M. A Project Director with my client: - Will partner with Account Director and manage client engagements and internal PM team in planning and executing deliverables - Project Director manages Project Managers assigned to books of business - Creates master project plan for engagement - Direct client interaction and ownership of project delivery aspects - Leads project kick-off meetings and bi-weekly status of all projects - Reviews revenue with PM reports ensuring resources and work plans meet financial targets - Completes project Scope of Work (SOW) and budgets - Main point of contact for client, and third party coordination Qualifications include (but are not limited to): - Min. 6-8 years of project management experience at an advertising agency - At least 5 years at an interactive advertising agency - Experience in Direct to Consumer (DTC) project management with digital and offline (TV, Print, Radio) tactics - Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience (direct to consumer, direct to professional, etc) and knowledge of the Med/Legal/Regulatory review process - Bachelor's Degree - The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge (HTML, FLASH, JavaScript), and Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Visio, and Excel) This is a great opportunity with a leading Healthcare Advertising agency in addition to a very important AOR account and strong Project team for you to manage day 1.
