Project Director - CS Core Optimisation & Audit

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible of the overall project
- Ensure time schedules are achieved for the overall project related activities.
- Control and ensure deliverables and responsibilities on charge of managers under his/her command will be delivered on time and with agreed quality.
- Ensure monthly roll out targets as specified in the roll out plan.
- Ensure monthly roll out targets as specified in the quality plan.
- Be the interface between Aircom and customer
- Identify and resolving any organizational issues regarding the roll out, quality and planning organization in the project.
- Promote and ensuring knowledge transfer activities from Aircom Experts to customer's team.
- Supervise, motivate and discipline staff under their command appropriately.

REQUIREMENTS

- Having more than 12 YEARS OF EXPERIENCES for consultancy projects involving CS Core optimisation and audit in the telecommunication industry
- Experience in consultancy projects in more than 6 COUNTRIES all over the works.
- Experience in auditing, optimizing or planning CS Core for at least 5 TELECOM OPERATORS
- PMP CERTIFICATE issued by PMI organization.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in one of following sectors: mobile communications, telecommunications, Wireline or radio technologies
- SHORT COURSE TRAINING CERTIFICATES from vendors, operators for CORE
