Project/Deployment Manager

PROJECT/DEPLOYMENT MANAGER required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical company in Switzerland.

MAIN TASKS
Deployment Strategy and Plan
Stakeholder management plan and entity engagement (kick-off meetings, ensure activities are defined to ensure go-live readiness)
CPO, site and function cutover plans
Go-Live readiness criteria Matrix
Management dashboard for entity readiness and progress towards go-live
Issue management plan and recurring logging and issue resolution
Risk management plan and recurring deployment risk assessment
Transition Plan from project to Center of Excellence

PLANNING AND COORDINATION

Ensure all work streams that are directly related to cut-over and go-live are coordinated and managed to ensure the successful go-lives of sites in scope
Entity impact assessment and go-live readiness assessment
Ensure all potential impacts from the business process and system deployment is identified, recorded and assigned ownership
Define go-live readiness criteria's with impacted entities
Ensure entity engagement to close out all impacts to ensure go-live readiness
Track, monitor, report and escalate any go-live critical issues
Cut-over Management
Ensure cut-over plans are developed
Track and monitor all cut-over activities
Manage any cut-over issues to resolution and escalate issues and risk as appropriate
Perform risk management as appropriate
Hyper Care
Track and monitor post implementation issues
Coordinate with Governance and CCE to ensure smooth handover from project to operation

LOCATION: Basel - Switzerland
DURATION:  Asap to 31/12/2013 (evtl. option for extension)
