We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: Project Delivery Quality Management Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2015
Duration: 12 months
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Integrate quality management knowledge with client project management.
- Develop delivery project management quality assurance processes and standards.
- Set up project management key control points (KCP) and criteria for review and evaluation.
- Working with key accounts for customer engagement.
- Frontline support through site audit and quality training.
- Root cause analysis and drive for improvement.
- Industrial quality management study and best practice sharing.
- Quality trainings on a global level.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 20 years of large-scale business quality management experience, priority for ICT Industry.
- Market leading Quality Management expert coming from a technical blue chip company.
- Expert of on-site project quality management.
- Familiar to various quality tools, skillful to drive for continuous improvement with professional approaches.
- Good training skills.
- QCC and Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.
- Experience from leading telecom, ICT or automotive companies.
- German native/fluent, English fluent
