Sytel Reply is a networks and telecommunications solution provider, offering a wide variety of opportunities to work in challenging and dynamic environments in the UK with its major clients across telecommunications, Media & Entertainment industries.
We are an operating company of Reply Group S.p.A. The company started over 16 years ago in Italy and since then has expanded globally into Europe and beyond (eight countries). Reply Group has annual revenue of €440m with over 4000 consultants across a full range of industry verticals and innovative technology solutions, servicing all aspects of Digital Media.
Currently, we have a requirement for a Project Delivery Manager to work with our client in the Telecommunications division. You will either have Telco/consultancy experience and you'll be responsible for the full project life cycle delivery of multiple short term projects.
The scope of the role is:
Define, plan and control project scope, goals and deliverables for multiple small projects.
Take responsibility for the delivery of current in-flight projects
Develop and manage project plans for the rollout of new network elements & technologies.
Management of multiple contractors and associated contracts
Managing the forecasting of equipment across multiple suppliers
Manage a multi-disciplined team and working to tight timelines
Manage project documentation & development of efficient processes & ways of working
You will be responsible for time, cost and quality constraints on the projects
Risk management/mitigation and management of high level risk/issue logs
Implement and maintain quality controls
Understand & manage project financials & deliver reporting to senior management
You must have proven track record of project delivery, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills and stakeholder management. You must also be an excellent communicator and have a passion for project management.
You will also need to be comfortable in a start-up type environment.
Ideally, you will have formal PM qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA
This is a 12 month contract based in Dublin. The day rate is 200 euros.
