IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure and task structure for a capital project
-Responsible for collection of monthly cost and progress information and preparation of a total monthly project status (cost, progress …) including variance analysis and trend analysis
-Compile and issue monthly reports
-Establish work program and yearly budget for the project
-Maintain prognosis and variance analysis against the approved budget
-Contribute to Change Management in the project
-Contribute to coordinated and good work-processes in the interface towards other department
-Support the Project Manager in the production of project reports including project monthly and quarterly reports and the project completion report
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Education level: engineer or similar technical education
-Very good knowledge of Excel and JDE
-Experienced within the pharmaceutical industry
