Contract hourly rates negotiable dependant on experience

Opportunities have arisen for a Project Cost Control Engineers who will be required to proactively support a number of projects in the nuclear industry. The Project Cost Controllers will work with the project and engineering managers to provide cost control and management information.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of project to cost and time.

Develop and deliver cost control and reporting systems

Ensure relevant quality procedures and methodology are applied, including use of change control processes.

Supporting and guide project manager with- Budgets and Cost Control

Change Control

Reporting and Forecasting

Feedback to Estimating of Historical Data

Project Close Out and Lessons Learned

Support team leader to provide resourcing plans and assist with leveling as appropriate.

Knowledge/Experience required for this role

Significant experience of engineering cost control.

Experience in the nuclear industry

Previous experience of project cost control

Minimum ONC or equivalent

HNC or equivalent preferred

Knowledgeable in MDax / Replicon software beneficial

SC security clearance or ability to gain clearance required
