Specific job duties include the following: required to provide the following reports in support of the Unit - Operating Plan, Backlog Reports, Work Plan and the Comprehensive Energy Strategy, Senior Management Performance Reports, and also provide analysis of the data on a regular basis, as requested. Will require Strong Knowledge of the Primavera Scheduling Program, to help the Planners understand the use of this system and generate reports from it. Assist with Un-vouchered Liabilities and as a backup resource for the Daily Contractor Schedule Report, as required.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with company cost systems is a plus. Excel and Primavera Scheduling Program & Lotus Notes Experience is a preferred. 4 Year Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred. MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience.
