*THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE.*

HOURS: M-F DAYS - 3PM-1AM

Working from a remote location, this Project Coordinator will follow up with Engineers to complete all tasks assigned for an IT conversion project. Project Management experience is required to qualify, Voice experience preferred. We re looking for individuals who are task focused and have great follow through skills, as they will coordinate activities between engineers at the Minneapolis location and the engineers in the field, customer, and any vendors required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Ensures good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver an integrated solution
- Major emphasis is on coordination of tasks
- Direct customer interaction and activity reporting required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution
- Reports to a Senior Manager
- Must have 3 to 5 years experience
