Dear Project Coordinator,

I'm helping my international tech client to find a enthusiastic COORDINATOR FOR THEIR TECH PROGRAMS & EVENTS. This innovative company is looking for someone to join them over a period of 12 months in Zurich, Switzerland.

This client is known for their innovative technologies, products and services. An important focus for them regarding the company's philosophy is about providing an amazing experience to past, present and future employees. There is one dedicated team focused on promoting the company as an exceptional place to work for experienced technical talent, building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding candidates, and collaborating cross-functionally and globally to build and refine partnerships and outreach.

As a COORDINATOR you will support this team in making their staffing systems more efficient, planning for growth, building relationships internally and externally or helping to cultivate the next generation of computer scientists. You will be supporting the development of programs and events that will engage a targeted engineering profile, working on attracting engineers to the client's workforce.

Please find below a short list of your responsibilities
-Assist specialists and managers in the development of various outreach programs
-Support and coordinate the program of events and sponsorship in EMEA for recruiting and employer branding purposes
-Coordinate marketing materials and online materials (working with vendors or in-house contacts)
-Own and develop our leads management process and use metrics to measure the progress and successes of different programs
-Effectively run reports and share the information to make recommendations for improvements

I'm looking for someone who has experience in CUSTOMER CARE AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT. Ideally you've been through some NEGOTIATIONS with stakeholders too.
Do you have experience in ADMINISTRATION, TEAM SUPPORT and bASIC EVENT MANAGEMENT?
Excellent verbal and written skills are required for this role, as well as the ability to think, plan and execute tasks resourcefully.
Experience using GOOGLE PRODUCTS including email, calender, docs and speadsheets is definitely a plus!
