An exciting opportunity available an experienced Project Coordinator with excellent Contracts Administration skills to join a well known organisation based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities of your brand new role will include however not be limited to the following:

- Review of all vendor contracts 100 within the Applications Team
- Capture data on Vendor and Contract to establish baseline including Contract Renewal Date, Service Level Agreement, Termination Period, Trading History, Current and Future Demand
- Analyse data held per contract to identify business risk through existing agreements, potential savings and other areas where greater value can be derived

Your success in this role will require the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Experience with Contract Administration
- Ability to effectively manage suppliers and contracts
- Previous experience preparing and distributing contract management reports including risk identification, assessment and management
- Ability to analyse and challenge data presented and recommend corrective measures
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
