Project Coordinator - Windows Deployment

Job Duties:

- Assist in the creation or necessary project documentation and coordinating the needed meetings.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope. This includes but isn't limited to:
- Coordinating deployment dates and logistical planning with the business line
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of our assets
- Identifying resource needs per deployment
- Managing and tracking issues related to the deployments. - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Assisting the project leader in various activities such as project monitoring and ensuring all procedures and processes are being followed
- Ensure that all team members understand the scope of the project as well as what they are individually responsible for.
- Communicate relevant information to all team members and vendors, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected hitches etc.

- Highly self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise discretion to make decisions
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of end users
- Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed to accommodate migrations
- Proficiency with Microsoft office required
- Experience with hardware or software migration/deployment is a plus
