- Project/support Coordinator will Collective responsibility with the rest of the global support team to ensure the SERVICE MANAGEMENT TICKET QUEUES ARE EFFECTIVELY MANAGED BASED ON PRIORITYStock Inventory,Stock Procurement,Incident Ticket Management & Metrics,E-Waste, Legal Hold, New Hire on boarding HW & SW Assets, Mobility, Printer, Knowledgebase
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- At least six (6+) years experience in the IT industry
- At least four (4+) years in a customer service role
- At least two (2+) years as a Senior Support Analyst/Coordinator
