Projektbeschreibung

The Project Coordinator will work closely with client's Project Manager to assist with project management documentation per standards, hours and cost tracking, schedule maintenance using MS Project, and other coordination activities as assigned by the PM. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and have an understanding of system development life cycles, service oriented architectural concepts, and projects that cross technology platforms. The individual must have proven experience with using MS Project to track multi-year projects.

Role responsibilities:

- Provide coordination and leadership for other project team members as assigned by the PM
- Complete project deliverables as assigned
- Create and maintain project schedule(s) in MS Project
- Provide quality control for project deliverables
- Work with PM and business to develop project management documentation and artifacts
- Work with PM, technical team, and business users to create implementation and conversion plans
- Participate in meetings and document the discussion, and follow up on action items.
- Work with the project manager and technical team to develop test plans, scenarios and scripts

Experience:
Min 5 years using MS Project with multiple year durations, project risk management (failure mode effect analysis), SharePoint 2013 implementation, Access Management implementation, Biztalk, InRule
