Project Coordinator - Risk Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supports risk management services for the digital organization, which is responsible for online sales and service.
- Handles operational reporting, management of required compliance training, issue resolution management, and maintains a schedule of risk management activities.
- Works in the fast-paced Digital Risk environment and handles risk management and communications functions.
- Produces weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc risk management reports. Includes creating a production schedule for each report, assembling data from multiple sources, creating and updating PowerPoint presentations on a regular schedule.
- Periodically generates, maintains, analyzes and reports data to identify risk trends.
- Reviews reports on Computer Based Training (CBT)completion on a weekly basis, verifying the accuracy of the training audience and making corrections, notifying individuals and managers prior to deadlines.
- Biweekly reporting and change management, quarterly notifications and follow-up actions.
- Project leadership/management of cross-functional groups to quickly resolve issues that impact online customers and in support of other risk objectives.
- Maintains and publishes risk management calendars using Outlook and Pulse.
- Performs additional assigned work as needed.

SKILLS

The successful candidate will be organized, able to own assigned work and perform with minimal supervision, be able to adapt to last minute changes, and show attention to detail. Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of experience producing regular PowerPoint reports and 1 or more years of banking or financial service experience. Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years working in support of online banking; 2 or more years working in a risk management role. Certification in process, project, compliance, and/or risk management is a plus. Experience with one or more of the following CTMR, LMS, GRC, Pulse is desired.
